Summary
611890 Alberta Inc. has engaged Energy Advisors Group to find a Buyer for the Corporation or their assets near the town of Vermilion Alberta in Wildmere.

Corporate or Asset Sale---
The property consists of one-quarter section and 2 Sparky Oil Wells, one producing, the other awaiting a repair to a leak in the tubing. The well has been shutin since May 2019. The Enertrain 11D Wildmere 11-33-050-06 well was completed in the Sparky C member while the Enertrain 14A Wildmere 14-33-050-06 well was completed in the Sparky D member. The operation is cash flow positive. The repair to the tubing leak in 14-33 could add an additional 10 bbls/d of production.

Operating Enhancements:
The two wells produce into single well double tank batteries heated with propane and wellhead gas allowing pipeline quality oil to be delivered by rail or pipeline. Water is currently shipped to third party disposal.

ReCompletion or New Drill---
There is the potential to recomplete 14-33 as a Colony Gas Well in order to produce gas to fuel the lease replacing the use of propane and lowering operating costs. The excess gas can be sold to the Town of Vermilion. Drilling and equipping a well for an area water disposal well would cost $250,000 and all allow disposal of all lease water. The disposal well would support enhanced recovery options and an expanded operating area.
