Summary
Deltastream Energy Corp. has made the decision to consolidate its capital and focus on their core area and therefore are making their heavy oil properties in Wildmere and Frog Lake available for divestiture. Deltastream will consider all proposals with a preference to sell the assets located in East Central Alberta W4M for cash.

Frog Lake (SubPackage #2)---
The Frog Lake property, is in Primary Recovery Phase. Here Deltastream owns 60% operated working interest in 33 sections of land in partnership with the Frog Lake First Nations who own a nonoperated 40% interests. This field was cash flowing $300,000 annually. The asset is on First Nationals Land and has higher than normal operating costs but significant new exploration and drilling opportunities.

New Technology Partner
Deltastream Energy has committed to working with a new technology partner on a Pilot Project on their Frog Lake acreage focused on stimulating increased production from the McLaren Channel. The Partner is paying 100% of the costs of implementing their proprietary technology. Any increase in production that results from the project will directly benefit Deltastream and the potential buyer of the property.

New Drilling Opportunity---
Deltastream has a solid inventory of 1P and 2P booked drilling locations, as well as future locations based on in-house mapping for Frog Lake.

Most of the development is single leg horizontal wells of either 700 or 1,400 meters with the exception of the Waseca locations in Frog Lake, which are tri-laterals similar to nearby wells drilled by IPL and West Lake. Expected reserves for all these locations would vary from 50,000 barrels, up to 100,000 barrels for the tri-lateral Waseca wells.

EAG understands that these wells can be drilled and completed $750,000.
