SOUTH TEXAS ASSET FOR SALE

Summary

Beehive Operating, LLC is selling their operated gas leases in 26 producing wellbores located in Zapata Co., Texas. These flowing gas wells are found in the Bob West & North Bob West Fields where they produce from the Lower Wilcox and Lobo formations. 

In addition to the operational upside. a third-party engineer identified 18 PDNP cases with potential for for economic uplift in the leases.  Gross total peak uplift expected with the modeled timing is 25,704 Mcf/mo (829 Mcfpd) in November 2026.  Total CapEx required by the program is $622k, generating a PV20% of $957k and adding net reserves of approximately 2.76 BCF utilizing a base case pricing scenario equivalent to the NYMEX STRIP on 23 December 2025 with applicable differentials.
