Energy Advisors prospect marketing arm has been retained by Danmark Energy LLC to market their Four Corners Prospect (the Whiting Prospect) in the heart of the Southern Niagaran Reef Trend in Eaton County, Michigan. Danmark has over 250 miles of reprocessed and interpreted 2-D seismic indicating 15 undiscovered reef anomalies bypassed by the major operators that were active in the area in the 1980’s.
Following the drilling and completion of the initial 1-35 reef flank well, Danmark is willing to negotiate with partners for the funding of a 10 square mile 3D seismic shoot covering the 24 prospect locations based upon the existing 2D seismic data. Cost estimates are in the $1.5 MM range for the 3D survey. A 3D seismic survey could significantly improve the definition of the size and interconnectivity of the existing 2D seismic anomalies, and would better pinpoint the position of the follow on exploration wells.

Quick Geology---
Danmark is offering an opportunity to participate in the reentering of the 1-35 reef flank well with a view to drilling a 1,200-foot horizontal through the offsetting seismic anomaly. The 1-35 flank well encountered 2 feet oil over water and flowed 17 Bopd at 15% water cut before being plugged due to unsustainable production.
The offsetting seismic anomaly indicates 225 feet buildup over the oil water contact with estimated recoverable reserves of 750,000 Bbls. Estimated cost to drill is $780,000.
