Energy Advisors Group has been retained by Ally Exploration, LLC to market their 3-D Project in Indiana. Potential partners and capital providers should know a detailed Confidentiality Agreement is required with long term noncompete, non-circumvent, obligations as described below.
Overview--
The Juniper Trenton-Black River Prospect, located in central Indiana, represents a highly
promising conventional oil exploration venture. Ally Exploration LLC, leveraging extensive
geological and geophysical data, has identified this area as potentially rich in oil reserves similar
to the renowned Trenton-Black River oil fields in Michigan, Ohio, and Ontario.
Historical Context---
The Trenton Field, discovered in 1876 in east-central Indiana, was America’s first significant oil and
gas field. It covered over 5,000 square miles and produced 1 trillion cubic feet of gas and 100
million barrels of oil. The Trenton field produced from porous limestone and dolomite rocks.
Formation & Geologic Insights---
The Trenton-Black River Formation is famous for its hydrocarbon production over a
multi-state area of the Northeast US, due to extensive faulting originating in the Precambrian
basement which extends upward, serving as the conduit for hydrocarbon migration into the
Trenton and Black River zones.
Prospect Area: The Juniper area exhibits "classic" Trenton-Black River faulting over a 7 mile
continuous lineament, initially detected in a 200 square mile gravity survey and then confirmed
with 2-D and 3-D seismic surveys.
Seismic Data: Ally's 3-D seismic survey with 1,200 dynamite shot holes and geophone receivers
has defined the target zones and resulted in the selection of the first three drill site locations.
Sale Process--
EA has been engaged to facilitate introductions for Ally to potential oil and gas operators AND capital providers. The Confidentiality and NonCircumvent Agreement is attached herein. Players may note that the terms are strict in consideration for capital that has already been provided and because of the strict ownership covenants between their original partners and the prospect generator.
